Diablo Pass!!! It is real and there is more than one between Dutch John, Utah and Gunnison, Colorado!

I don't think I have said this enough....this country needs to invest in more guardrails!

Colorado's numerous Diablo Pass roads through the Rocky Mountains caused the transmission in the RV to overheat.  We were left at the top of one of the passes waiting for the RV to cool when we did the only reasonable  thing to do....unhook the Little Hummer and let Caylin and me drive it through the rest of the way.  We finally made it to Gunnison....smack dab in the middle of the Rockies.  More intense fun awaits us tomorrow as we travel to the Sand Dunes National Park.
